Geographic Restrictions

Restricted States (No Sales/Shipping): CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, IA, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA. We do not accept mail in payments from Restricted areas. Regardless if they use ship to addresses outside of those Restricted areas. Federal legal nationwide. State legal in 37 states. No international shipping.

Products and Installation

We don't sell controlled items requiring federal licensing (serialized receivers, complete firearms, NFA items, assembled ammunition). Even though our products are created to be easy to install without needing any specialized machinery we recognize not everyone is a 'Gunsmith'. Thus the Lawyers have let us know that our official position is all products are to be installed by a qualified Gunsmith.

Card Payment Terms

All card orders are required to ship to the billing name and address for the card. We never see or possess your card number. Processing takes one day to a few days. No phone card orders accepted. IF YOUR INFO YOU PUT INTO THE ORDER FROM HERE DOES NOT MATCH WHAT YOUR CARD ISSUER SAYS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE WE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND THE CANCELLATION FEE PER OUR TERMS WILL APPLY.

Fraud Policy

Any attempted fraud via filing a deceptive charge back is irrebuttable evidence of intent of and committing of banking fraud. NOTICE TO THIEVES - FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT TAKEN LIGHTLY. THEFT IS THEFT. DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP FOR FELONY CRIMINAL CHARGES OVER A FEW BUCKS YOUR FREEDOM IS NOT WORTH IT. Prosecution under Arizona state law and 18 U.S.C. § 1341 - FRAUDS AND SWINDLES - FEDERAL FELONY.

Mail-In Payment Terms

Mail-in orders are processed without advance payment logging for privacy. Orders are filled in received sequence.

Shipping Policy

We only ship via U.S.P.S. Flat Rate Boxes. Our responsibility for goods shipped ends when the package is accepted by U.S.P.S. U.S.P.S. automatically insures the box for $100. In the event a shipping claim needs to be made you will need to initiate your claim with USPS. All decisions on claims are the responsibility of the Shipper. We do not self-insure, subsidize, provide gap insurance, pay claims ourselves prior to the shipper paying out the claim amount.

Warranty

We guarantee your new ARIZONA REGULATOR to operate and function as designed and intended when shipped. Each unit is manually tested for proper functionality as designed and intended. Defective unit means factory defects in function as designed and engineered as deemed by us, the manufacturer. It does not mean it was set it up incorrectly in an AR and now it doesn't work. Or that an AR is so far out of spec that it won't work. Or that an AR has incompatible parts in it making the unit not work or caused damage to the unit. Or that you tried it and didn't like it. Due to the high performance nature of this product and its ability to be used in numerous setups that can contain a vast array of parts from multiple manufacturers, all of which are beyond our control, no other warranties are expressed nor implied.

Returns & Defective Units

Customers must ship defective units back via U.S.P.S. Small Flat Rate Box with an RMA number. Upon inspection, at our option, replace the unit, or issue you a full refund for the unit and initial shipping when ordered, to include reimbursement of the cost of one U.S.P.S. Small Flat Rate Box. All orders final once shipped, no refunds, no returns.

Cancellation Policy

Card Orders: All card orders canceled after payment is received but prior to being shipped will be charged a 15% cancellation fee in addition to the shipping label cost if shipping label has already been printed. Our card processor charges us fees for each transaction, each direction, inbound payments and outbound cancellations or refunds that we cannot recover. Mail-In Orders: Contact the company before deposit and shipment. If payment has already been processed there will be a $10 Cashiers Check fee deducted from the amount due back. If you had us print the label for you the shipping label cost will be deducted from the amount due back.

Privacy Policy

We do not share or provide your info to anyone for any reason other than to process your order and get it shipped out. The only info there is is what you use with the card processor, we never see your card number. The ship to info we receive once payment is made is used to create the shipping label.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property Rights expressly retained. To include but not limited to J.D.s Original Creative Works, Trade Name(s), Site Content, Letters Patent, Copywrite, Images, and Physical Sculptures. Unauthorized use of our IP shall cause all Responsible Party(s) to be Individually Billed at a minimum amount of $900,000.00 per occurrence per day or portion thereof.

Legal Jurisdiction

Your purchase is being made within the State of Arizona County of Maricopa therefore any claims are required to be made in Maricopa County Arizona.

Abandoned Property

To ensure any Property Abandoned by you is properly preserved, we shall immediately forward your Abandoned Property to your State Abandon Property Division.

Mil-Spec Technical Requirements

THE ARIZONA REGULATOR IS A MIL-SPEC BASED SEMI-AUTO SYSTEM(S). AS PER OUR INSTRUCTIONS YOU MUST USE A 10.00 OZ BUFFER WITH 9MM AS THOSE ARE THE PROPER LENGTH TO ENSURE THE ORIGINAL COLT TIMING FOR THE 9MM COLT MIL-SPEC GUNS IN MAINTAINED.
